Guess what: Amazon is at it again, this time they are showing patents for flying warehouses that send delivery drones to your door

We’ve known about Amazon’s drone delivery ambitions since 2013.  But patent filings from Amazon, circulated today by CB Insights’ Zoe Leavitt, reveal more details about how the e-commerce titan could make drone deliveries work at scale, namely through “airborne fulfillment centers.” Yes, that’s a warehouse in a zeppelin.

The airborne fulfillment centers, or AFCs, would be stocked with a certain amount of inventory and positioned near a location where Amazon predicts demand for certain items will soon spike.

Drones, including temperature-controlled models ideally suited for food delivery, could be stocked at the AFCs and sent down to make a precise, safe scheduled or on-demand delivery.

An example cited in the filing was around a sporting event. If there’s a big championship game down below, Amazon AFC’s above could be loaded with snacks and souvenirs sports fans crave.

What Do People Say About Your God?

Nebuchadnezzar spake and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego… Daniel 3:1-30 is a story about a King (President) who decided to serve the God of his slaves.
Daniel and his kinsmen were sentenced to die for a sin committed by others or rather their inefficiency, but God out his mercy gave Daniel the wisdom to turn things around. Daniel and his kinsmen Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego were faithful children who were as made slaves. They refused to be corrupted with the king’s food and win. They refused to worship the god of their master, they rather die than compromise their faith. But God proved to be God as he promised to do in the times of trouble (Psalms 50:15) and preserved their lives from the lake of fire, all to His glory.
How many Christians will be willing to say no to the bad policies of their employers? How many Christians will be willing to reject money of the corrupt government officials and stand for the truth? How Christians will be willing to let go their position rather than sing the praises of those who are bent on impoverishing the society because of the crumps that falls from their tables? How many Christians, especially church leaders will tell their pastors/men of god/priests/GOS that they have derailed from doing what God wants to pursuing money and material things of this world? How many people will recommend you as a Christian when trust, honesty, transparency, and dedication is required? But because the people have forsaken their God, that is why the more churches we have the more evil is perpetrated in the society and the more families are divided and the more enmity increases among kinsmen and the more mentally slaved people become and the more poverty increases.

Until those who claims to be Christians put God first (just like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego ) in all their dealings; the glory of God will not return to them. We have all been worshiping the modern day idol (statue of all sorts) of either the corrupt government of Nigeria, or those who said they are men of god and followers of Jesus Christ without the mind of Jesus whom they claim to be God or the mind of Almighty God maker of heaven and earth who will never wish to share His glory. Therefore, we must return to God in faith and true worship without compromise of any sort; so that God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego whose real names were Hananiah, Mishael Azariah respectively; will be with us to protect, bless and provide for us. Above-all people, big or small, rich or poor will worship our God; as Nebuchadnezzar and his officials did. The choice is yours. He who has ears let him hear, Mark 4:9. God bless you as read this message, and put it into action. Please like this page https://www.facebook.com/godiwus; for more of undiluted truth about God and His blessings.

Blackberry is at it again!

BlackBerry Is One Of The Hottest Stocks Of 2014, Seriously

Don’t look now, but BlackBerry — you know, the butt of most cell phone jokes — is mounting an impressive comeback. BlackBerry’s stock is up 50 percent on the year and one of the best performers in its sector.
BlackBerry has been written off as dead countless times. The company is often viewed as a relic of a bygone era. Its CEO is a blowhard, not afraid to take spats with the company public. Yet the company is creating value for its shareholders.
In 2014 BlackBerry’s stock is outperforming all its peers. At the beginning of the year, the company’s stock was languishing at $7.44 a share. Yesterday it closed at $11.21. The stock is also up in trading today.
Apple is up just 20 percent on the year. Google? Just 5 percent, although it’s a touch easier for a struggling company to rebound than an established company to double its stock price.
The Motley Fool recently looked at the company’s financials and caution the company has yet to improve its revenue growth or its profit margin. The company is simply slashing costs and not making waves. So far, investors are liking that approach.
The company is also making some strategic moves. BlackBerry has leveraged its established Messenger app, positioning it as a WhatsApp for the lucrative enterprise market.
The company also released minor updates to its BB10 mobile operating system and turned to niche and developing markets for additional handset sales. Essentially, by not doing a lot this year, BlackBerry hasn’t done anything wrong. That could change.
The company’s long-term future is still in question. Its mobile market share is still shrinking and Apple and Android makers are increasingly adding features once exclusive to BlackBerry devices. If BlackBerry is to remain, it will need to do more than cut costs and add stickers to BBM.
